Shipping Policy
Arie d’Italia ensures safe shipping within 24-48 working hours from the receipt of the order, provided that all ordered products are immediately available in stock. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday.
To maintain freshness and quality, some products are periodically ordered in small quantities. If any of the ordered products are unavailable or awaiting restocking (which may take 6-10 or 7-14 working days), customers will be contacted by Customer Service unless this information is already included in the order summary email.
To provide a tracked shipping service with the best quality-price ratio, the delivery process follows these steps:
• Within 24-48 working hours from order processing at our warehouse, the shipping service will send you an email with a tracking link, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.
• Although Arie d’Italia provides your contact details to the courier for communication, we cannot guarantee that they will contact you. This decision is entirely at the discretion of the driver in charge of the delivery.
• The standard shipping service does not allow customers to specify preferred delivery time slots. However, additional services, such as priority delivery, floor delivery, or scheduled delivery, can be requested.
Shipping Address
Arie d’Italia delivers directly to the address provided by customers at the time of order placement. Please ensure accuracy when entering your shipping details.
Order Tracking
Precise delivery time estimates will be provided in the tracking email, which is automatically sent by the shipping service once the order is dispatched.
Arie d’Italia does not assume responsibility for any damage or loss occurring during transit. Any issues must be addressed directly with the courier service. However, our Customer Service team is always available to assist and support customers in case of shipping-related concerns.
Packaging
Arie d’Italia places great importance on packaging to ensure product protection. Our team carefully packs each item according to its type and size using dedicated materials. Each product is securely placed in a custom carton box, separated from the rest of the order with protective materials, and then shipped via a trusted courier.
Failed Delivery
For a successful delivery, the customer or an authorized recipient must be present at the specified address. If no one is available, or if payment upon delivery fails, the customer will be charged for:
• The shipping cost,
• Any storage fees,
• The cost of items that can no longer be resold.
Arie d’Italia is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties (e.g., courier service failures, strikes, extreme weather conditions, or other unforeseen events).
Upon receiving the package, the customer must:
1. Verify that the number of parcels matches the quantity listed on the delivery note, invoice, or transport document.
2. Check for damage or tampering. Any issues must be reported immediately to the courier by writing “RECEIVED WITH RESERVATION” on the delivery note. Without this note, the package will be considered correctly delivered.
Pricing and Payment Methods
All product prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT.
Shipping and delivery costs will be clearly stated before order confirmation and payment.
Prices are subject to change, and the prices shown at the time of purchase replace any previous listings.
Customers must pay for products and shipping costs at the time of purchase using the available payment methods.
Right of Withdrawal, Exceptions, and Return Policy
Customers have the right to withdraw from an order within 14 working days from the date the product was shipped or delivered (or from the last item in the order if multiple products were shipped separately). No justification is required for this withdrawal.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must send a formal request before the 14-day period expires and return the product to:

Each product undergoes a thorough quality check before being sold. However, for aged bottles that have been stored for several years, Arie d’Italia cannot guarantee their condition. The company ensures that the product is as described and shown in the product images on the website.
Arie d’Italia is not responsible for any indirect damages, losses, or claims resulting from the refusal (partial or total) of an order.
Effects of Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
• All payments related to the returned product will be refunded within 14 days from the receipt of the item.
• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.
• Customers must return the products to MVLFA within 14 working days from the withdrawal request and cover return shipping costs.
• If the product has been mishandled or altered (beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, features, and functionality), the customer may be held liable for its depreciation.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
• Products that are sealed for hygiene or health reasons and have been opened after delivery.
• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Products that may deteriorate or expire quickly.
• Fully completed service contracts where Arie d’Italia has already fulfilled the service.
• Alcoholic beverages whose prices were agreed upon at the time of sale but may be delivered after 30 days, with a market value subject to fluctuations beyond Arie d’Italia’s control.
Return Policy
In addition to legal rights, customers may return products within 14 days from delivery, provided they remain unused and in their original condition.

• Arie d’Italia will refund only the purchase price of the item.
• Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
• Return shipping costs and risks are the customer’s responsibility.
This policy is additional to and does not affect the legal right of withdrawal.
